When you list your property with us, we charge a flat rate brokerage fee of $4,950 when any one of our System SOLD team members sells your property.  Compare that with 6-7% many others charge.  There are, however, many buyers working with other agents right now and we want them to try and sell your home too.  To do so we offer our MLS affiliates 3% of the sale price.

Simply stated, your commission may be as low as $4,950 or $4,950 plus 3% not to exceed 6%.
